  Siemonsma Construction is owned by South Dakota native Ralph Siemonsma. Ralph and his son Jarod, work on the job site framing, setting trusses, sheathing the roof, installing the windows, trimming the house inside and out, hanging the cabinets and making themselves available to the subcontractors for consultation during all phases of homes construction. "We use quality products and sound building practices to insure a home we can be proud of and the homeowners can enjoy in the future".

Siemonsma construction enjoys building homes in all price ranges.  In the past year we have enjoyed helping more than 10 families (several first time home buyers) move into a quality constructed home in the Reserve, located off exit 8 of I-90.  The homes, selling for $160,000 or less feature quality products like Hardiplank siding, architectual shingles, Oak trim and cabinets, top of the line vinyl windows, heat pump, seamless gutters, garbage disposal, garage door opener, and a cedar deck. The buyers also options on their choice of colors inside and out, carpet colors, trim colors, door styles, and several other items .

Ralph has been involved in the building industry since 1973*, and has experience with many types of construction such as commercial buildings, multifamily units, historical restoration, and single family homes. Scheduling is a skill Ralph has mastered in order to complete the project on time and in the proposed buget.

Ralph has received numerous awards from the Black Hills Home Builders Assocation, including Builder of The Year, Spike of the Year, and the Doug Tribby Spirit Award. He is Past-President of the South Dakota Home Builders Association and the Black Hill Home Builders Association.
