Ralph Siemonsma has been building homes since 1973. One of his sons, Jarod, joined him building in 2001. They are both very hand-on builders. They keep an eye on every phase of a home's construction. This ensures good solid building practices are followed. Much of their work has been custom and speculation homes in the Northern Hills, Rapid City, and eastern Wyoming areas.
Ralph and Jarod are passionate about building affordable homes in Spearfish without compromising their reputation for quality construction. They are committed to building 17 homes price $160,000 or less. How can they build a good solid home in this price range? With the help of South Dakota Housing Authority, committed suppliers, and a careful watch on all selling and construction costs, they hope to make it a successful project. The houses will qualify for South Dakota Housing financing programs, but it is not a required type of financing. Buyers may use any bank or mortgage broker of their choice. All sales contracts will be handled in house to also keep the costs minimal. Debbie Siemonsma, Ralph's wife is a licensed inactive South Dakota Real Estate Broker. If you are a buyer and have a Buyer's Agreement with a real estate agent, they may submit your name and will be paid a flat fee of $500. All contracts will be written up and processed with Debbie. You may have your attorney review the contract.
