  Construction is owned by South Dakota native Ralph Siemonsma. Ralph works on the job site framing, setting trusses, sheathing the roof, installing the windows, trimming the house inside and out, hanging the cabinets and making himself available to the subcontractors for consultation during all phases of homes construction. "We use quality products and sound building practices to insure a home we can be proud of and the homeowners can enjoy in the future. Ralph has been involved in the building industry since 1973, and has experience with many types of construction such as commercial buildings, multifamily units, historical restoration, and single family homes. Scheduling is a skill Ralph has mastered in order to complete the project on time and in the proposed buget.

Ralph has received numerous awards from the Black Hills Home Builders Assocation, including Builder of The Year, Spike of the Year, and the Doug Tribby Spirit Award. He is Past-President of the South Dakota Home Builders Association and the Black Hill Home Builders Association.
